Job Summary
Partnership Operations Intern responsible for acting as the operational backbone of the partnerships function, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables and timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for partners. Responsibilities include liaising with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product; maintaining trackers and progress updates; monitoring live partner activities and surfacing blockers; ensuring clear communication and timely responses; and developing a complete overview of Partner products and offerings. Key skills include highly organized, proactive, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office and productivity tools, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or current pursuit) in a related field and prior coordination/operations experience is advantageous but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Prior experience in a coordination, operations, or support role is an advantage but not required
- Comfortable liaising with multiple teams and seniority levels
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong follow-through on commitments
