Job Summary
Execute partner activations for training camp and game days, handling manual labor for event setup and breakdown. Assist with gameday preparation on Fridays and Saturdays, supporting sponsor events to ensure proper inclusion and communication. Maintain professional relationships with partners and employees while adhering to confidentiality and company policies. Adapt quickly to schedule changes and multi-task across projects with minimal supervision. Be punctual, dependable, and ready to take initiative in a high-pressure environment. This seasonal internship requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and outdoor stadium events, including inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends (including all stadium & sponsor events)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must pass pre-employment screens
- Must be a team player who works well with others in a dynamic environment, and consistently displays a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be dependable, accountable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Courteous and professional
- Must adapt, with minimal or no advance notice, to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished
- Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to attendance standards and work deadlines and all scheduled meetings
- Must be ready to take initiative and get things done
- Be able to go from project to project seamlessly. Multi-tasking
- Must be willing to accept and embrace tasks as they are assigned
- Standing for long periods of time
- Walking throughout the stadium
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Talking to customers (internal and external)
- Bending and stooping (occasional)
- Driving large vehicles, sometimes in confined spaces
