Job Summary
Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support affiliate and influencer programs. Responsibilities include onboarding and renewals across the partner lifecycle, coordinating submission of affiliate/influencer creative assets for legal review and approvals, drafting and tracking outbound outreach, maintaining contracts and partner documentation, liaising with legal/finance/creative/marketing teams, ensuring timely execution of partnership initiatives, providing day-to-day operational support, owning billing and reconciliation, and implementing process improvements to streamline contract management, creative approvals, and partner communications. Requires organization, detail-orientation, strong written/verbal communication, comfort with contracts/compliance, and experience in affiliate/influencer marketing or partnerships; proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM tools, or contract management tools is a plus; local area candidates encouraged to apply; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or marketing operations (internship experience acceptable)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with contracts, approvals, and compliance-driven processes
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with affiliate platforms, CRM tools, or contract management tools is a plus
