Job Summary
Specialized Accounts Partnership Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of high-impact, non-traditional education accounts (charter networks, virtual schools, private/homeschool networks) from initial outreach through full sales cycle, delivering tailored presentations and demos, and driving retention and revenue growth. Build trusted relationships with education and business leaders, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, analyze market and customer insights to inform territory strategy, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. Requires 4–6 years in sales or customer-facing roles, comfort selling to executive sponsors, strong communication and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking connecting customer needs to outcomes and ROI, proficiency with Salesforce, and ability to work in a remote-first, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- experience selling to executive sponsors or in education/EdTech preferred
- proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving goals
- ability to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly
- proficiency with Salesforce or data-driven sales tools
