Job Summary
Partnership Manager (Robotics) at Singtel to lead partnership strategy, ecosystem development, and commercialisation of robotics solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and managing robotics and AI/edge computing partnerships, establishing co-innovation programs and joint initiatives, developing commercial and legal frameworks (MSAs, NDAs), co-developing enterprise robotics solutions (including 5G + Edge AI + Robotics), piloting projects and deployments, enabling RaaS platforms, and engaging with enterprise sales, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption across industries such as logistics, facilities management, and smart buildings. The role requires building a Singtel-led robotics ecosystem, managing stakeholder relationships, and tracking global trends in robotics, AI, automation, and related ecosystems. A Bachelor’s degree is required with 5–10 years of experience in partnerships/business development and a background in enterprise technology and robotics-related domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in Partnerships / business development
- Experience in Enterprise technology (telco, AI, IoT, or robotics)
- Strong understanding of 5G, edge computing, and IoT ecosystems
- Enterprise solutioning and deployment models
- Experience working with external partners and vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to robotics technologies, AI, computer vision, or automation
- Familiarity with public-private collaboration or grant-driven projects
