Job Summary
Partnership Manager, North Zone in Kaduna, Nigeria will work with the Partnership team to serve existing and potential Microfinance Institution partners by providing product and service information, supporting trade activations, resolving product issues, and driving sales across consumer channels. Responsibilities include branch inventory management, handling client queries within guidelines, guiding trade activations and marketing campaigns, planning and conducting product and sales trainings for partner staff, and consolidating reports on market activities, routes, branches, sales and stock. Requires a degree/diploma in business administration or sales and marketing, 4+ years in service/FMCG or Renewable Energy, proficiency in MS Office, team leadership, travel to cover the territory (75%), and strong communication in English and local languages (Kaduna area languages).
Required Qualifications
- Degree or advanced Diploma in business administration/sales and marketing
- At least 4 years’ hands-on experience in service/FMCG or Renewable Energy
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Able to manage a team and have excellent people skills
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time
- Good communication skills in English and local language (Kaduna area: Yoruba/Edo/Igbo/Hausa)
- Clear thinking and problem-solving ability
- Results-oriented and able to prioritize measurable goals
