Job Summary
Establish and manage the full partner lifecycle by sourcing, negotiating agreements, and driving growth through associations aligned with organizational goals. Lead stakeholder engagement and consultation strategies while building networks to foster initiatives in integrated mobility and data visualization. Serve as a facilitator for steering governance meetings and executive pre-briefs, resolving conflicts with municipalities and ensuring consistency across internal program teams. Oversee the preparation of briefing notes, reports, and decision materials to support project governance. Manage complex cross-functional deals and apply project management principles to guide teams on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications or related field
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, including advanced business writing skills and professional verbal presentation skills suitable for a range of audiences
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
- At least 2+ years of experience having developed and managed consultation and engagement strategies with diverse stakeholders
- Experience engaging with both Associations
- Working in or with an Association is good to have
- Familiarity and skills with project management software tools an asset
