Job Summary

Define and execute the comprehensive partnership strategy for the data center business, driving strategic interoperability and growth through new business models. Own and advance alliances with key technology players like NVIDIA to develop reference designs, align product roadmaps, and execute joint go-to-market campaigns. Identify, evaluate, and commercialize innovative revenue streams while establishing executive collaboration platforms with hyperscale and colocation operators. Deeply understand evolving high-density compute roadmaps to proactively shape system offerings and position the company as a thought leader in data center sustainability, energy/water efficiency, and decarbonization. Drive accountability across all partnership and business development OKRs. Virtual role with an annual base salary range of $113,600 to $235,500. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA
  • Engineering background in data center/high-tech design
  • Experience with PLC controls
  • Experience with onsite power generation and/or backup power distribution
  • Knowledge of HVAC products, components, and systems
  • Strong thermal/fluid energy and/or controls background
  • Strong technical skills
  • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills
  • Technically creative yet grounded in real world feasibility
  • Able to perform thorough and objective analysis
  • Able to collaborate with and influence others
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Willing and able to transfer knowledge to other groups
  • Good stand-up skills in front of customers and the field sales force
  • Polished and professional, particularly with customers and in professional societies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to speak and write in English
  • Able to effectively use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven track record of identifying, structuring, negotiating, and successfully managing complex, high-value partnerships, joint development agreements, memorandum or understandings (MoUs) or go-to-market alliances
  • Extensive experience in business development, strategic alliances, or corporate strategy, preferably in the technology sector
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex partnerships
  • Strong financial acumen and experience evaluating new business models
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment serving mission critical customers
