Partnership & Funding Manager

Develop and execute the company's funding strategy to support sustainable business growth and meet lending targets. Identify, approach, and acquire new funding partners including banks, financial institutions, BPRs, investment companies, and institutional investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across banking, fintech, and merchant ecosystems to generate revenue and expand the ecosystem. Manage the end-to-end partnership pipeline from prospect identification through negotiation, contract execution, and implementation. Monitor funding performance, portfolio concentration, and lender utilization to ensure sufficient liquidity for loan disbursement. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership structures with prospective and existing partners. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in funding, business development, or financial services.
