Partnership Executive

Create and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, and supporters to secure resources for the Home's client services. Grow the volunteer and donor pool by sourcing new prospects, managing databases, and executing fundraising strategies including short-term plans, annual targets, and policy establishment. Oversee donation deployment, volunteer training and matching, and champion the Home's vision through brand development across publications, social media, and community platforms. Prepare fundraising reports, conduct post-event evaluations, and manage all donor communications and appreciation efforts.
