Job Summary

Partnership Director responsible for leading and strengthening key strategic client relationships and identifying investment opportunities. You will translate client requirements into actionable investment mandates, coordinate across Investment, Product Specialists, Client Service, Operations, Legal and Compliance, and lead negotiations on commercial terms to deliver sustainable, long-term partnerships. You’ll develop and execute client-specific growth strategies, position our investment capabilities to meet client needs, and provide high-quality management information on client performance, risks, and opportunities. The role requires a strong understanding of the insurance and asset management landscapes, and the ability to connect client objectives with firm-wide capabilities, while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in asset management distribution or client relationship management
  • Strong track record of managing and growing strategic client relationships
  • Broad understanding of investment markets and products across asset classes
  • Ability to identify, shape and articulate new investment opportunities
  • Strong awareness of operational implementation and delivery models impact on investment outcomes
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to build cross-team partnerships
  • Confidence to lead initiatives and take ownership of key projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
