Job Summary
VIE – Strategic Partnerships Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of banking and fintech partners, driving double-digit growth through upselling and new partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, CRM, Data), conducting market analysis and tailoring business cases, and engaging with key stakeholders across France, Spain, and Italy. Must be fluent in French with strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience in sales/partnerships/consulting and ownership-driven mindset. Home office available up to 2 days per week; international and inclusive work environment in Barcelona.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree from a Top Business School
- First professional experience in Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting, or a similar environment.
