Partnership Development Manager

Job Summary
Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships across healthcare systems, behavioral health providers, justice-involved organizations, employers, and community agencies to increase access to addiction treatment. Identify, cultivate, and prospect new opportunities through networking, presentations, and targeted outreach while creating standardized pathways for rapid intake. Represent both Better Life Partners and Groups Recover Together at conferences, stakeholder meetings, and community events during the organizational integration. Own territory performance by executing market-specific growth strategies, monitoring CRM data, and maintaining accurate documentation of pipeline activity. Travel throughout New Hampshire as needed to support engagement and build trust with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, outreach, account management, healthcare operations, or related experience
- Demonstrated success developing new business relationships while maintaining long-term strategic partnerships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage a territory and competing priorities
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location
- Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening
- Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid and license/credential verifications
