Job Summary
Partnership Development role in Belgium focusing on identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth in the self-serve segment (targeting management companies and small businesses). Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle from prospecting to activation, including tailoring pitches for partner types, contract negotiations, and maintaining a robust pipeline. Drive partner success through regular check-ins, marketing collateral, joint campaigns, and identifying opportunities to increase partner engagement and member conversions. Nurture and optimize partnerships via performance reviews, ROI analyses, and scaling best practices across the network. Track key metrics (member acquisition, contracts signed, ARR, conversion rates, partner engagement) and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales to ensure successful partnership launches. Ideal candidate brings 5+ years in partnership development, strong English skills, native-level French or Dutch, experience in marketing campaigns, ability to measure ROI, and excellent networking/pitching capabilities.
