Partnership Delivery Manager (Central)

Job Summary
Lead proactive and reactive engagement with key stakeholders and senior colleagues to identify and drive partnership delivery opportunities for storm overflow reduction schemes. Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, community groups, and multi-sector organizations to collaboratively reduce overflows by installing targeted solutions. Deliver schemes regionally, working closely with Task Force colleagues to prioritize overflows and deploy the right solutions at the right time. This role supports Southern Water's Environment & Innovation team as they expand their £2 billion portfolio to enhance environmental resilience and protect water quality across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Expert understanding of partnership working and building relationships
- A proven track record of independently driving forward a project plan while achieving buy-in from senior managers across the business
- A proven track record of working under pressure to tight fixed deadlines on high profile issues with senior colleagues including Directors
- Experience presenting at conference and external events
- Excellent relationship management skills to work with colleagues across the business and with external stakeholders
- Evidence of their identity
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Criminal record check (DBS)
- Verification of their employment and/or education history for the past three years
