Job Summary
Partnership Activation Specialist responsible for end-to-end activation planning, execution across Fanatec channels, and tracking/ reporting. Key duties include translating partner contracts into deliverables, maintaining activation calendars aligned with motorsport events, leading cross-functional stand-ups, managing asset libraries and IP rights, acting as single point of contact for partners, coordinating on-site event activations, and delivering measurable results (on-time deliverables, activation lift, and compliance). Requires strong project management with calendars/status trackers, ability to brief creative teams, proficiency with Asana/Monday/Jira and Office tools, and a genuine interest in motorsport or gaming hardware. Location-based in Landshut, Germany; hybrid/hybrid-remote arrangements not indicated. The role emphasizes contract-driven delivery, proof-of-execution, and monthly performance reporting, with a direct reporting line to Suraj and collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years in partnership activation, sponsorship marketing, brand partnerships, campaign management, or marketing operations, either agency or in-house.
Desired Qualifications
- Genuine interest in motorsport, sim racing, or gaming hardware
- Demonstrable track record of shipping co-branded campaigns from brief to channel (nice to have)
- Experience working with athletes, esports orgs, or motorsport rights-holders (nice to have)
- German language a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with consumer hardware D2C marketing (web, email, paid social) (nice to have)
- Strong project management instincts and tooling fluency (Asana, Monday, or Jira)
- Ability to manage calendars, status trackers, and follow-up emails
- Clear written communication and briefs that teams can act on
