Job Summary
Partnerships Account Manager role at Accor Tech & Digital to build and maintain a portfolio of strategic partners for ALL Accor loyalty, driving new revenue and enriching the partner value proposition. You’ll work with Regional Partnership Teams, Finance, and Product & Tech; grow new business, manage strategic partner relationships, negotiate deals, and drive end-to-end execution including storytelling, customer journey mapping, marketing plans, and ROI analysis. You’ll collaborate across regional teams to deliver meaningful projects, coach teammates, and enable cross-group collaboration in a fast-evolving hospitality-tech environment. Based at Accor HQ with remote work available several days per week from France.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience as an account manager, partnership manager or strategy consultant
- very strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- an overseas experience is highly valued
