Job Summary
Senior leadership role in a well-established, multi-office Australian accounting practice offering a genuine partnership pathway. Manage a substantial portfolio across agribusiness, family-owned enterprises and private clients; provide strategic taxation, business advisory and succession planning. Lead, mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals; build long-term client relationships; oversee complex taxation and business structuring matters; contribute to strategic planning, practice management and growth, with relocation support available. Requires CA/CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in business services/taxation/advisory, and senior leadership experience at Senior Manager/Director/Principal/Partner levels. Flexible working arrangements and strong regional presence are highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification
- 8+ years' experience within Business Services, Taxation or Advisory in a CA/CPA firm
- Experience at Senior Manager, Director, Associate Director, Principal or Partner level
- Strong technical expertise in taxation and business advisory
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Experience managing complex client portfolios
- Commercially minded with a focus on client outcomes and business growth
- Genuine interest in regional communities and agribusiness sectors
- Motivated by a long-term pathway to Partnership
