Job Summary
Lead the strategic and operational expansion of the Venture Capital practice in Berlin by advising clients across the full lifecycle from founding to exit. Manage national and international transactions, including due diligence, contract structuring, and legal support for restructuring. Represent investors such as Business Angels and Family Offices while actively cultivating the firm's network and strengthening the practice's market positioning. Collaborate closely with other practice groups on interdisciplinary mandates to drive the development of the Berlin location.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Venture Capital
- Belastbares Netzwerk im Venture-Capital-, Start-up- und Investor-Umfeld
- Ausgewiesene Expertise in der Beratung von Start-ups, Scale-ups und Investoren
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Finanzierungsrunden, Beteiligungsstrukturen und Exit-Transaktionen
- Sicheres Auftreten in der eigenständigen Führung und Entwicklung von Mandaten
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den Markt und seine Akteure
- Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsstärke
- Interesse am weiteren Ausbau einer wachsenden Praxis
- Hohe fachliche Exzellenz sowie lösungsorientierte und mandantennahe Beratungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit internationalen Mandatsbezügen
