Job Summary
Partner to lead on trust, tax and estates matters for multi-generational, high-net-worth clients from the Cambridge practice; manage a complex caseload, supervise junior team members, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Trust, Tax and Estates group; drive business development, client relationships and cross-selling within the firm; participate in marketing and events, and ensure regulatory and professional standards are met; role supports flexible hybrid working (two days in the office) and collaboration across the national practice.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a solicitor in Trusts, Tax and Estates matters, particularly for high-net-worth clients
- Strong technical expertise across private client matters
- Pro-active business development and ability to promote the firm and cross-sell other specialisms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to independently manage a caseload
- Ability to lead, supervise, and develop junior lawyers and associates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders and clients
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-focused environment
- Experience contributing to marketing, business development, and revenue growth of the practice
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with legal developments
