Job Summary
Partner Technical Support provides advanced support to sales agents/partners by taking inbound calls to assist them in downloading and troubleshooting credit card equipment, VAR setups, serving business customers, installing and maintaining systems and products, keeping records, and complying with regulations. Responsibilities include supporting Sales agents, delivering superior technical assistance with rapid resolution when possible, logging calls in merchant systems, assisting with deployment escalations, providing reliable education/training to partners about products and services, staying current with the latest POS equipment and applications, and assisting in projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, and 2 years of related experience
- Preferred: Associate's degree
