Job Summary
Partner Success Specialist to serve as the primary contact for incoming partner and client inquiries, provide program education, set expectations, and ensure a positive initial and ongoing partner experience. Responsibilities include routing inquiries, documenting interactions, timely follow-up, conducting introductory calls with referral partners, re-engaging partners with reduced activity, managing lane-specific email inboxes with timely, accurate responses, providing administrative and operational support to the Account Management team, and maintaining detailed notes in Salesforce for cross-team visibility. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the corporate office in Farmers Branch, TX, with standard hours 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, and occasional flexibility based on partner needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in high volume call or customer support environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a heavy call volume environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace and email management tools
