Job Summary
Partner Success Manager responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of complex projects, owning the client relationship, and the timely resolution of client issues including data compliance and application upgrades. Accountabilities include onboarding new clients within 90 days, managing onboarding of data feeds and services, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementations, managing multiple projects with a balance of client satisfaction and implementation quality, and driving client adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and growth through upsell opportunities. The role requires building strong client relationships, understanding their strategic roadmap, communicating across cross-functional teams, and reporting on success metrics and ROI. Experience in SaaS, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across internal groups are essential; PMP certification and Agile experience are assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in customer success, account management and/or project management, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Highly organized and success-driven with strong presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
