Job Summary
Partner Success Manager responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling onboarding and certification for UK partners; serve as the SME on Employment Hero’s HR, payroll, and T&A workflows; equip partners with playbooks, technical docs, and sales collateral; act as the primary point of contact to triage technical/operational issues and align Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps; drive partner growth through commercial enablement, pilots, and velocity toward first sale.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Partnerships, Customer Success or SaaS Implementation & Training
- HR & Payroll Domain Expertise: UK payroll, compliance, and T&A workflows
- Commercially Savvy: understand reseller economics and ROI
- Educator: ability to translate software features into value-driven benefits
- Tool-Proficient: Salesforce and PRM platforms
