Job Summary
Partner Success Manager for Mindr in MO/KS/OK focused on building, growing, and optimizing referral partnerships to increase IID referrals and BEZ engagement. Educates partners across attorney networks, courts, probation, judges, DUI schools, and treatment facilities on referral processes and attribution. Manages territory with data-driven sales, CRM discipline, partner education, and contract- and event-driven activities. Leads outreach, training, and campaigns; collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Inside Sales; supports Keepr opportunities and early market readiness. Responsibilities include prospecting and securing high-value partners, conducting structured sales calls and in-person visits, maintaining partner profiles, creating DUI Journey Maps, and driving revenue through outbound activity, reactivation cycles, and new partner acquisition. Travel 40-60% to meet partners, conduct trainings, and participate in tradeshows and events; travel is in-state within MO/KS/OK and to larger events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or a revenue-driven account management role
- Experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or referral-based selling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust and relationships
- Experience in providing training, resources, or ongoing support to external partners
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho or HubSpot) and data tracking
- Travel willingness to 40-60%
- Knowledge of DUI processes or related regulatory landscape (preferred)
