Partner Success Manager

Job Summary
Own and grow a portfolio of APAC advertiser and agency relationships; design and manage regional partner programs; coordinate end-to-end program delivery across internal teams; analyze campaign data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions; act as the voice of the partner to shape product and commercial strategy; collaborate with global product and delivery teams to resolve partner challenges and launch new solutions. Requires fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Cantonese Chinese (plus English) and 2+ years in partner success or related roles; experience with SQL, Salesforce, or Zendesk. International remote role focused on APAC scope (Thailand) with high-ownership responsibilities across advertisers and agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in partner success, account management, client success, or digital advertising operations
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Cantonese Chinese (required)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Knowledge of digital advertising — paid search, display, sponsored listings, or e-commerce media
- Proficiency with data and operations tools such as SQL, Salesforce (SFDC), or ZenDesk
