Job Summary
Partner Success Manager responsible for managing health plan partnerships, driving client engagement and growth, and ensuring contract performance. You will maintain client relationships, serve as the ongoing point of contact, track contractual requirements, craft client-facing meeting content, and tell compelling performance stories using data. You will collaborate with market teams, resolve client escalations, influence product/solution development as the voice of the customer, and work with data teams to support care coordination and performance management. Travel up to 20% is required. The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and a commercial mindset to help the company hit growth goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a client-facing/client success role
- Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with focus on value-based care and Medicaid health plans
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (20%)
