Job Summary
Partner Success Manager responsible for onboarding roughly 10 new partners per week and ensuring 85% are fully set up and protected within 16 days. Works closely with Account Managers to drive adoption, conducts post-incident check-ins, coordinates with Technical Sales and Support to remove deployment hurdles, and supports renewal efforts. Emphasizes a proactive, process-driven approach, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes to maximize partner value and platform usage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account coordination, or enablement role
- Natural ability to follow processes while bringing high energy and a positive vibe to partner calls
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple moving parts
- Collaborative mindset across internal sales and account management teams
- Drive to hit measurable goals and ownership of the partner experience
- Experience in the MSP ecosystem and cybersecurity experience is a plus
- Exposure to supporting customers or partners on basic rollout plans (who to start with, how to position the offering)
