Job Summary
Partner Success Manager to expand Huntress's post-sale reach by building its first Partner Success team. Responsible for driving expansion, loyalty, renewals, partner satisfaction, and churn mitigation while collaborating with sales and marketing to train and enable partners to achieve business objectives. Manages a large portfolio of partners/customers, acts as trusted advisor to increase customer satisfaction and partner adoption, maintains relationships across multiple contacts, and contributes to retention and expansion goals. Requires 2+ years in a partner-facing role, familiarity with MSP/cyber-security, CRM experience (Salesforce or similar), excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-growth book of business. Role is 100% remote in the United Kingdom with travel to the US 1-2 times per year for company events; offers include base salary (£47,600) with on-target earnings (£59,500) plus equity, plus home-office setup reimbursement and other benefits. The position emphasizes driving partner satisfaction and engagement through training, education, and empowerment, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role
- knowledge of MSP space a plus, preferably cyber-security
- experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- strong written and verbal communication

- ability to execute customer success strategies across accounts
