Job Summary

Partner Success Manager for Huntress (Remote Ireland) to manage a large book of partners and customers, drive expansion and reduce churn by delivering trusted advisory services, increasing partner adoption, and coordinating with sales/marketing to align on training and enablement. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships across partner organizations, growing partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion, and collaborating with teams to meet business objectives. Requires 2+ years in a partner-facing role (MSP space a plus), experience with Salesforce/CRM, and strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Travel to the US 1-2 times per year is expected. 100% remote work setup with benefits such as home office allowance and coaching opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role
  • Knowledge of the MSP space is a plus, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business
  • Ability to execute customer success strategies and initiatives across all accounts
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
