Job Summary
Partner Success Lead (PSL) at UW Continuum College; serves as primary liaison for campus partners across multiple programs (Summer Sessions, Legacy Courses, Administrative Service Fee courses), owning portfolio oversight and budget management, building new fee-based programs, coordinating with internal staff on registration, fee collection, and marketing, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities include budgeting for Summer Sessions and Legacy Courses, hiring qualified instructors, developing add-on marketing and market research strategies, ensuring adherence to UW policies, and collaborating with other PSLs to optimize budgeting, scheduling, enrollment, reporting, and revenue sharing. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years in account or client management, with a focus on education, online learning, and equity/diversity practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or relevant field
- Five (5) years of experience in account management such as account/client/customer management positions
- Demonstrated ability to develop systematic partnership approaches in a complex environment
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional, continuing, and online education
- Demonstrate the ability to uphold practices and policies that promote diversity, equity, and access for all
