Job Summary
Nurture existing partner relationships to drive mutual growth and optimize partner performance as a strategic advisor. Lead and execute strategy to scale new customers from the partner ecosystem while managing a large portfolio of accounts and high-level quarterly business reviews. Identify recurring friction points in the partner lifecycle and propose scalable solutions to Product and Operations teams. Act as a key stakeholder to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate direction into structured work plans, and optimize execution by identifying inefficiencies. Support strategic deals with onboarding assistance and execution help. Deliver actionable insights into partnership performance using CRM tools and maintain brand and regulatory integrity across the third-party network.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, Fintech, or High-Growth business)
- Experience managing a team and ability to coach to success
- Lead and execute strategy to scale new customers from our existing partner ecosystem
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and lead high-level QBRs that result in actionable growth
- Deep expertise in CRM systems and Partnership Management Platforms (PRMs)
- A keen eye for detail and understand the importance of maintaining brand and regulatory integrity across a third-party network
- Exceptional planning skills
- Consistently delivers projects while supporting the team and setting clear expectations
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage complex pipelines and provide actionable insights into partnership performance
- Translates general direction into structured work plans and proposes prioritisation
- Optimises execution; identifies inefficiencies
- Identifies root causes, defines trade-offs, and turns insights into practical solutions
- Operates effectively in ambiguity and reduces uncertainty for others
- Acts as a key stakeholder; capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proactively seeks and gives constructive feedback; integrates diverse perspectives
- Embodies company values and makes decisions based on highest impact
