Job Summary
Lead the development of partner-led solutions, capabilities, and practices aligned to Splunk and Cisco priorities, analyzing customer bases to identify high-value use cases and co-develop offerings across security, observability, and platform domains. Own end-to-end planning for competency development, delivering technical enablement, coaching, and workshops to drive partner tier upgrades while conducting architecture reviews and validating partner-designed solutions. Build and sustain a regional partner technical community by hosting enablement sessions, roundtables, and knowledge-sharing forums to scale repeatable solution adoption. Support strategic opportunities through structured technical discovery, coaching pre-sales teams on proposals, and removing blockers in high-priority deals while aligning with regional Partner Sales and Development Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing partner-led technical capabilities and solutions aligned to Splunk and Cisco architectures
- Ability to analyze partner customer bases and market positioning to identify high-value use cases
