Job Summary
Lead the implementation and service delivery of Autodesk Construction Solutions within our partner ecosystem, enabling partners to deliver high-quality implementations and support, drive adoption, and maximize customer value. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization to design and execute scalable service programs that enhance Autodesk solution adoption and customer success. Provide technical guidance on Autodesk Construction Cloud, optimize service offerings, and ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support. Assess partner capacity, analyze resources, and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency while aligning partner services with evolving product offerings and best practices.
