Job Summary
Drive merchant productivity and performance optimization by analyzing transaction volumes, engagement rates, and activation data to identify underperforming locations and execute reactivation strategies. Serve as the primary liaison to product and engineering teams to translate operational needs into actionable requirements, champion new technology features, and redesign workflows to reduce friction in onboarding and support. Develop dashboards to monitor operational health, conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps, and automate manual processes to scale support capabilities. Act as a trusted advisor to merchants on growth strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to influence roadmap decisions and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in operations, merchant services, product operations, or similar customer-focused roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving performance through data and process optimization
- Experience working with digital platforms or integrations (e.g., CRM, POS, APIs, merchant systems)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Candidates must be based in Atlanta or Miami, or willing to relocate to one of these locations
- Expectation to work from the office at least three days per week
- Professional fluency in Spanish
