Job Summary
Partner Sales Manager responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Lead partnership initiatives, negotiate agreements, and develop go-to-market strategies across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships (technology partners, data partners, system integrators, industry influencers), manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through successful partnerships. Requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate with independence; proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and capable of leading complex negotiations with executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or related role
- Experience in negotiating complex legal agreements with large, strategic partners
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant tools
