Job Summary

Partner Sales Engineer at Litmus will serve as the technical resource for partners (system integrators, VARs, cloud providers, and technology partners) to enable demos, solution architecture, and PoC support for Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager. You’ll help configure partner-led pilots, build and maintain demo scenarios and deployment guides, collaborate with Litmus Sales Engineers on joint customer engagements, provide Level 2 partner-related support, and relay insights to Product Management. Must-have experience includes 3–5 years in a technical/pre-sales role in industrial automation, IoT, manufacturing, or SaaS, proficiency with Linux and Docker, the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, and prior partner/customer pre-sales or implementation work. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with OT protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT), exposure to Databricks/Snowflake/InfluxDB or cloud marketplaces (Azure, AWS, GCP), Python/JavaScript scripting, and experience with MES/operations platforms such as Tulip.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in a technical or pre-sales role within industrial automation, IoT, manufacturing, or SaaS
  • Comfort in Linux environments and working with Docker
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience supporting partners or customers in a pre-sales or implementation capacity
