Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of international distribution partners and gift-in-kind suppliers by serving as the primary contact for strategy, needs, orders, scheduling, and documentation. Build mission-aligned relationships while facilitating communication with partner c-suite leadership and supporting contractors through training and process navigation. Identify new partnership prospects, review applications, and implement growth strategies alongside the Director of Programs Partnerships. Track distribution projections, monitor performance against goals, and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and audit plans. Maintain accurate partner records in Salesforce, prepare internal reports for senior leadership, and collect impact data for marketing. Collaborate on initiatives like Vision Trips and global conferences. Travel approximately 20% of the time, with occasional evenings and weekends. Bilingual in Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish (ability to read, write, and speak professionally)
- B.A. Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years in nonprofit program or development work
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel a MUST
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills a MUST
- Travel approximately 20% of time, or as required, to maintain strong relationships
- Occasional evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- M.A. preferred, in relevant background
- Salesforce skills a plus
