Job Summary
Partner Relationship Manager in Egypt focused on identifying, attracting, and onboarding new partners while managing a portfolio of mid- to high-level partners; act as primary liaison to partners, ensuring support, resolving issues, and driving trading activity in USD; ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines; develop market development strategies with internal teams (marketing, loyalty, events); represent the company at industry events (occasional travel); work with partners to grow trading volume and meet KPIs; remote-work opportunity available.
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company working for Egypt country
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment
- Proven experience in achieving results in international markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently at all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles (both retail and institutional)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a holistic vision for business development
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build consensus
