Job Summary
Support the Partner Relations Manager with daily partner communication, requests, and onboarding for new and existing partners. Share updated information, brochures, and price lists with partners while organizing meetings, presentations, events, and networking activities. Assist during partner visits and coordinate requests with relevant internal teams, ensuring contact details remain current in internal systems. Follow up on agreed actions and provide general administrative and organizational support. This role offers hands-on experience within the Commercial Department at bbf:, a leading property market company in Cyprus and Greece, with a clear career development path and exposure to a growing local partner network. Fluency in Russian and English is required, with Greek considered an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, International Relations, or related schools
- Fluency in Russian and English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, hospitality, or another client-facing role
- Greek language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Friendly and professional approach when dealing with partners and colleagues
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and develop within the Commercial Department
