Job Summary
Drive technical execution strategy for Global and Regional System Integrators by aligning Pigment product capabilities with partner industry practices and leading the maturity of partner Centers of Excellence. Design and deliver advanced enablement programs for partner Solutions Architects, including bootcamps, architectural reviews, and hackathons, while scaling structured technical onboarding for new implementation partners. Publish reusable technical assets and integration guides to accelerate time-to-value, championing the adoption of native AI capabilities and AI-assisted modeling tools in partner implementations. Support partner-led sales cycles on strategic accounts by leading discovery sessions and framing business value, overseeing high-impact scoping workshops and POCs to ensure models are structured for multi-year scalability. Serve as the technical liaison between GSI delivery teams and internal Product and Professional Services teams to unblock complex implementation hurdles, acting as the subject matter expert on Pigment's core architecture and data pipelines. Mentor internal Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers on GSI engagement models and delivery governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years in a highly technical consulting or solution architecture role within the EPM/Business Planning space
- Strong experience working directly with or within GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Slalom) to build technical capabilities and support complex delivery ecosystems
- Proficiency in data modeling concepts, SQL, and API-driven enterprise application integrations
