Job Summary
Evaluate partner program processes, systems, and tools to implement operational improvements and automation that increase efficiency and scalability. Manage day-to-day operations including partner tool administration, governance activities, renewals, compliance, and benefit administration. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, build consensus for change, and drive initiatives that improve partner engagement and experience. Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure program effectiveness and analyze performance trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure data quality across partner systems and maintain consistent communication of program updates to partners and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, channel management, or a related business operations role
- Experience with Pega
- Experience with PRM
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with reporting tools
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Logical and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project and program management skills
- Comfortable leading change and driving process improvements from concept through implementation
- Partner-focused
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities and take on evolving responsibilities as business needs change
