Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Advisers, supporting performance, capability, and business growth. Protect and grow the existing insurance book while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, clients, and key industry stakeholders. Oversee insurance applications, underwriting activities, claims management, and ongoing client servicing. Support strategic decision-making alongside the Lead Partner and mentor the Operations Manager. Manage advisers, clients, and revenue while driving business performance and strengthening referral relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Risk Adviser
- demonstrated leadership capability
- Extensive knowledge of personal risk insurance, including Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection and Business Expense cover
- Strong experience managing insurance claims and client relationships
