Job Summary
As a Partner Doctor, you’ll co-own, launch, and grow a PetVet365 hospital in your market, delivering Fear Free–first care across general practice, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness. You’ll mentor associates, recruit and lead a high-performing team, shape hospital culture and vision, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to build equity in a hospital you own. The role emphasizes autonomy to set care standards, build a scalable practice, and engage with the community while maintaining balance and a rewarding clinical experience. Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) with an active state license, leadership capability, Fear Free certification (or willingness to obtain), and a track record of clinical practice with leadership experience. Required Qualifications
