Job Summary
Future Partner within an established multi-office accounting and advisory group, leading the Brisbane office expansion, managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to long-term succession strategy. Works closely with the leadership team, leveraging the firm's resources and infrastructure to drive growth, profitability, and career advancement toward salaried and equity partnership. Requires extensive public practice experience in CA/CPA firms, leadership and mentoring capabilities, and a strong business development orientation within Brisbane market.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive public practice accounting experience within a CA or CPA firm
- Experience at Director, Associate Director or Senior Manager level
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Leadership experience and the ability to develop and mentor teams
- Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in progressing towards Partnership
- Existing Brisbane market connections, networks or business relationships will be highly regarded
