Job Summary
The Partner Operations Manager will improve customer experience and efficiency for payout operations in LatAm. Responsibilities include leading performance improvement in payment corridors, fostering relationships with payout partners, reducing technical outages, and managing projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and SQL. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, technology, operations, or a similar field at a start-up or tech company
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to independently lead projects, identify operational problems & deliver solutions cross-functionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL a must
- English and Spanish language proficiency required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in payment operations is a plus
- Emerging market experience strongly preferred
