Partner Operations Manager

Job Summary
Partner Operations Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across the partner program, including partner reporting, auditing, and end-to-end journey optimization. Strong emphasis on data skills to pull and analyze information, cross-functional collaboration with Channel Team, and managing tools such as Salesforce and the Partner Portal. Drive efficiencies, reduce costs (COGS), improve margins, and support contract negotiations through data-driven insights. Lead process-improvement initiatives, map partner operations processes, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with clear communication and change-management capabilities.

- Ability to multitask and quickly shift focus
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by independently navigating unstructured data, defining new processes, and adapting to shifting business priorities
- Ability to complete multi-step tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- 5+ years working in Business systems management, Sales operations, Process Improvement, Partner Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Experience with enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo is a plus
- Open to learning new technologies and collaborating with AI tools
