Job Summary
Execute joint campaigns with Microsoft and strategic partners, including webinars, events, and co-branded content, to convert co-sell, referrals, and funded activity into qualified pipeline. Translate partner propositions into messaging and sales enablement assets while acting as the day-to-day marketing contact for Microsoft and key stakeholder teams. Manage allocated MDF and co-marketing budgets to ensure alignment with pipeline growth and measurable ROI. Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to align activities to priority opportunities and track partner-influenced pipeline performance. Optimize follow-up and co-sell opportunities using campaign data and AI tools to drive commercial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years' experience in B2B marketing (technology, MSP, SaaS or cloud)
- Proven experience in Microsoft GTM and co-sell or partner marketing
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including: Microsoft go-to-market and co-sell model
- Experience delivering joint campaigns with Microsoft or similar strategic partners
- Strong campaign execution across events, digital campaigns, and co-marketing activity
- Proven ability to link marketing → pipeline → revenue
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external partner teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and measurable outcomes
- Working knowledge of CRM tracking and partner-influenced pipeline reporting
- Confidence and pro-active approach to use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) to improve marketing delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of partner programmes, incentives and funding (e.g. MDF/Co-op)
- Experience using Microsoft Partner Centre in a day-to-day role
- Experience working with or promoting solutions via Microsoft Marketplace
