Job Summary
Partner Marketing Manager responsible for planning and executing regional partner marketing programs in the EMEA region, reporting to the EMEA Partner Marketing Lead. The role involves developing and coordinating regional partner marketing plans, executing co-marketing campaigns (emails, webinars, digital promotions, content syndication), preparing co-branded materials, supporting partner events from planning to onsite/virtual support, and tracking campaign performance with insights to optimize future programs. Collaborates with Alliances, Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure aligned initiatives and serves as a dependable marketing contact for partners. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology, with strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing—preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, basic campaign analytics, and event coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks across different markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident working with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and distributed environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
