Partner Marketing Manager
$96,000–$139,000 year
Remote · United States
Job Summary
Own launch execution across the partner portfolio, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving deliverables from kickoff through post-launch. Write and manage partner communications including press releases, case studies, newsletters, social posts for Hiya and executive channels, and joint announcements. Build and maintain partner-facing enablement such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, training content, and RFP marketing inputs; keep materials current as positioning evolves. Coordinate co-marketing with operator and OEM marketing teams; support international expansion by building localized materials and go-to-market motions for new markets. Bring creativity to how partner launch stories are told, develop repeatable playbooks to scale this work, and work with Sales, BD, and Product on cross-functional partner motions. Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building across cultures and geographies, and an ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment. A background in telco or carrier ecosystems is a plus, but quick learning of new industries is valued. The role emphasizes ownership, transparency, autonomy, and high-quality outputs aligned with Hiya’s values.
